This recipe is straightforward and I've included all images below. I additional cauliflower, spinach, and mushrooms to ensure it is wholesome and low-fat and made this dish casserole.



The sauce with this particular dish pasta bake includes. You may add your favourite spices, I really like to include a lot of garlic powder carrot powder, dried herbs, and likewise some red pepper flakes or cayenne/chili powder.

Ingredients

Notes

  1. If you'd like your pasta jar to be creamy (using just a bit of sauce) use 2 cups of vegetable broth, differently, utilize 1 1/2 cups.
  2. Rather than canned coconut milk, then you may use some other plant-based CREAM of option (e.g. soy lotion, oat cream etc).
  3. You keep it till you start creating this dish and can cook the pasta and cauliflower already.
