vegan mega-burritos


We're down to the wire earlier this baby gets her birth, this -- or variants of the -- is literally. Does this mean she'll adore walnut taco beef and cauliflower and sweet sausage and sausage queso and salmon and flour tortillas and salsa? A mom can expect.



I'm supposed to be saving after this autumn, this stash of cherry taco meat , like? I want it.


DESCRIPTION

  1. All these Vegan Mega-Burritos are filled with cauliflower, a sweet potato, and taco meat filling, in addition to salsa, avocado, plus a thwap of cashew queso's typical suspects! Fast to create, and badly SO great.
  2. 1 sweet potato, sliced (see notes)
  3. 1 1/2 cups cherry taco meat
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. mashed avocado
  6. salsa
  7. cilantro
  8. large flour tortillas



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Filling: Start with your potatoes in a skillet using a spoonful of salt and oil. Saute before fork-tender. Add just enough water and cauliflower walnut taco beef to have it looking taco-meaty and nice and saucy.
  2. Collect: Materials that a flour tortilla with salsa, cilantro, and queso, cauliflower walnut filling, avocado or cheese. The Mega-Burrito states YOU DO YOU!


NOTES


  1. So that the pieces cook if you take advantage of a potato, then chop it up little! You do not need to use potatoes. Try zucchini, lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, you name it! The cherry meat could be great as a filling in and of itself, so you do not need to bring the potatoes or some other veggies if you are in a hurry. I like to include vegetables to bulk up it and include a little excess nourishment.
