Tomato Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

Directions

Recipe Notes

  1. I enjoy my dressing a little on the sour side, and also make it with approximately 4 Tablespoons of lime juice (2 limes values ) - If you would enjoy it less sour, feel free to adjust the quantity as needed!
  2. Not a lover of lime or garlic? Try one of those alternate. Greek, greek, and quite a few different salad dressings work good here!
