you can take a look in my Instagram 19, I left a chickpea pizza. But, something was lacking.... It had been the avocado that made this pizza yummier. It is very important to bring the avocado AFTER cooking because I made the experience that cooked avocado flavors bizarre (anybody else noticed this?) .
Avocado chickpea pizza with vegetarian cheese! This pizza is fermented, plant-based, comprises proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. A simple recipe that's fantastic for dinner or lunch on weekends.

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 batch of fermented pizza crust (or crust of selection )
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or some additional oil (divided)
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk roasted (or some other fermented milk)
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (or sugar)
- Sea pepper and salt to taste
- Other components
- 1 batch of simple vegan cheese sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas
Directions
- Create the pizza crust from the recipe in accordance with the directions.
- To make the sauce, combine 1 tablespoon oil and the rest of the sauce ingredients.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add the chickpeas and simmer along with the rest tablespoon of sauce for 3-5 minutes over moderate heat.
- If wanted, season. Enjoy your avocado chickpea pizza!
