This vegan queso came into my life a year when our take helper Krista was like:"Hey, you know what is really great? Including a can of green chiles to a fundamental cashew sauce"
Not one people are vegans. We All love queso that is routine. However, this combo was our whole team would opt into a nacho sesh between this vegan queso.
3 ingredient queso
DESCRIPTION
It is created with taco spices: cashews, green chiles, and 3 components.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 oz can diced green chiles (or not, to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Until you receive a texture blend a high setting. Taste and adapt to how you enjoy it.
- Use it as processor dip, a sauce for veggies, or smother it.
NOTES
- I discovered I managed to find a smooth and very smooth effect using NO soaking, although advocated soaking the cashews! And I am all about the simple. In case you've got a blender that is fantastic, in my experience, you do have to boil them.
- If you do not have one, I think that it could still function, but A) you could find some nutty feel to your queso (not always a bad thing, it tastes good ) or B) you might discover a benefit to soaking the cashews.
