The Fluffiest Vegan Pancakes





Ingredients

  1. 1 cup flour (125 gram )
  2. 2 tbsp organic sugar
  3. 1 tbsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. Maple syrup, to function

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, then add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir to blend.
  2. In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, then add vanilla milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla, and stir to blend
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mix and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup (65 g ) of batter on a skillet or griddle over moderate heat.
  5. Once the top starts to bubble, then flip the pancake and cook till golden.
  6. Appreciate!
