The Fluffiest Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (125 gram )
- 2 tbsp organic sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Maple syrup, to function
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, then add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir to blend.
- In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, then add vanilla milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla, and stir to blend
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mix and whisk until smooth.
- Pour 1/2 cup (65 g ) of batter on a skillet or griddle over moderate heat.
- Once the top starts to bubble, then flip the pancake and cook till golden.
