Ingredients

  1. 2-3 capsules that are probiotic *
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Soak cashews in water for 6 hours or overnight or so in water for 1 hour. Drain.
  2. Add cashews and mix until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of blender.
  3. Scrape mixture into a bowl and then include capsules. Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon (not alloy as it can respond with the probiotics) until completely incorporated.
  4. Cover with a sheet of cheesecloth or a towel that is thin and then fasten with a rubber ring. Let rest on the counter (rather at a space warmer than 70 degrees F (21 C)) for 24 hours or up to two days. The longer it breaks, tangier and the thicker it will end up.
  5. Find When the mix has reached your tanginess and feel and add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and the salt. Stir to blend.
  6. Taste adding more lemon juice to get acidity, salt for saltiness, or apple cider vinegar to get tanginess test and fix as necessary.

Notes

  1. For probiotics such as Jarrow / and Renew Life 50 billion / ensure that your probiotics do not comprise so the recipe or PREbiotics won't function. Utilize capsules and also have to get crushed.
  2. 1 probiotic capsule (drained ) should measure about 1/3 tsp vanilla powder.
