This vinaigrette tastes good as a marinade for poultry on salads, and notably in a veggie and quinoa bowl.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup ginger refreshing
  2. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  4. 1 Tbsp. Honey or maple syrup
  5. 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  6. 1/2 tsp. lemon zest

Directions

  1. In higher speed blender or a food processor, combine simmer, salt, garlic powder, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
  2. Gradually add oil. Procedure for 1-2 minutes until vinaigrette is smooth.
  3. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with a Kale Chopped Cobb Salad and love!
