Paleo Pumpkin Chia Pudding


Chia pudding in its simplest form is produced using chia seeds with some kind of milk. If you have had tapioca pudding chia seeds grow liquid and remind me of tapioca. Since they are packed with health benefits, chia seeds have been put aside!

This chia pudding recipe tastes just like pumpkin pie that is creamy - however it is sweetened with customs, and vegan paleo! This chia seed batter that is pumpkin is easy to create. It is tasty enough , although healthy for a snack.

Ingredients


  1. 1 can complete fat coconut milk
  2. 1/8 tsp pink lavender salt, or other salt
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 4 dates

Directions


  1. Place chia seeds in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
  2. Insert chia seeds and pulse or stir fry till blended in.
  3. Pour into bowls or jars, cover, and simmer for.


Recipe Notes

Instead of coconut milk, then you can use 2 cups of some sort of milk.
