VEGAN DEEP DISH PIZZA | GLUTEN-FREE RECIPE

  2. Add the yeast mixture and then stir using a spoon. It may seem too wet but this may change within a moment. Knead the dough for approximately 5 minutes with your hands (it'll be sticky, that is okay ), form a dough ball and place aside (preferably in a warm area ) for approximately 60 minutes. It ought to double in size.
  3. When the dough has risen, put it onto a floured surface, and roll it out using a rolling pin around 0.6-0.8 cm thick.
