Vegan gingerbread man doughnut recipe


These doughnuts are simple to make and taste & odor like doughnuts that are genuine.

They gently spiced filling and are fluffy using all the creamy.

They're filling, warming and comfy...I can envision tucking to one, paired with a coffee viewing some Christmas movies!



Makes- Around 20 doughnuts

Level- Moderate

Ingredients for your doughnuts

-330ml of hot dairy-free milk (I use jojoba )

-75gram of caster sugar

-600gram of flour

-1/4 tsp of salt

-100gram of melted butter that is dairy-free


Ingredients for your custard


-6 oz of hot dairy-free milk (I use jojoba )

-1 oz of water

-20gram of caster sugar

-4 tbsp of cornstarch

-1 tbsp of g flour

-2 tsp of vanilla extract


Ingredients to the lotion filling


-1 tbsp of dairy-free milk (I use jojoba almond milk)

-1 oz of butter that is dairy-free

Of icing sugar -160 gram

-2 tsp of ground ginger

Step 1- Put the warm milk into a bowl and sprinkle the sugar and yeast over, stir, cover with a tea towel then place to a location for minutes until frothy.

Measure 2- In another bowl, combine the salt and flour and stir fry.

Measure 3- In a different bowl, then add the melted butter and dish egg replacement.

Measure 4- Blend yeast mixture, the mixture and egg mix to a bowl and stir fry.

Measure 5- Mix using a hand whisk or attach a hook and start to knead until smooth and nice on moderate.

Add some more flour, When it's too liquidy.

Step 7- After doubled, turn out the dough and roll out till about 1/2 inch.

Step 8- cut out men and set on a baking tray.

Measure 9- Set the doughnuts that are cutout into a warm place till they've doubled in size, covered with a skillet for about 1 hour.

Step 10- Add oil till half - 3/4 complete into a pan and bring to the boil.

Let it come around 320 degrees.

Measure 11- gently cut them in the hot oil and fry for approximately 2-3 minutes or until puffed and golden brown in color When the doughnuts have grown.

Take them and set them to drain any excess oil.

Measure 12- coat them While they're still warm.

Let them cool before filling.

Step 2- Insert from the sugar, water, cornstarch, g flour, and vanilla extract and blend until blended.

Insert vanilla extract if necessary.

Step 1- Put butter and the milk and whisk until smooth.

Step 2- Insert from the icing sugar, ground ginger and each one the custard.

Add cornstarch to get a filling that is milder.

Measure 3- Pop the filling.

Measure 4- Poke a hole at centre or the side of the doughnuts and fulfill every one of those doughnuts.
