Dough:
- 1 cup yoghurt (GF) 100 gram
- 2/3 cup almond milk (80 gram ) - see recipe notes to get a substitute
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or some other liquid sweetener (60 gram )
- 200 gram dates (soft)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or some other nut/seed butter choice (60 gram )
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Process all the ingredients to the dough in a food processor
- Press 3/4 of this dough to a inch that is lined pan. You can use a pan that is larger the pubs will be thick
- Pour on the dough
- Crumble the dough
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
