Serves: 2 frostys (about 4 1/2 cups)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add bananas to blender or a food processor. Blend until the bananas become. Add milk. Blend till smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed.
- Add peanut butter and ginger powder. Blend till smooth. Scrape down the sides of the processor as needed.
- Pour into two cups and enjoy! High with chocolate or peanut butter shavings.
