healthy vegan buffalo cauliflower casserole recipe


Cauliflower is just one of those vegetables which you see from the shop, and you want try cooking with it, but you simply don't have any idea what in the true world related to it... which means you simply don't buy this, and you proceed to something or broccoli.




Simple vegan buffalo cauliflower casserole dish

A buffalo cauliflower casserole topped with spinach and kale, which is soooo you won't actually understand it is healthy! Vegan | Oil complimentary | Gluten free

Two Cauliflower Heads (It is possible to only make it but you are going to get a smaller casserole.)

A couple of kale (approximately 35g or two to 3 person stalks), roughly sliced

A couple of spinach (23g), roughly sliced


1 red bell pepper (approximately 153g)

6 sun-dried tomatoes (31g) (soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, then save the water)

1/2 tsp (2g) of cayenne pepper or more based upon your tolerance .

1/2 cup (97g) of sun-dried tomato heated water (you can use ordinary water, also )

Optional: 1/4 tsp of himalayan salt that is pink


2 tbsp (25g) of lemon juice

3 tbsp (24g) of tapioca powder

1 tbsp (11g) of onion powder

1/4 tsp (3g) Himalayan salt

1 cup (219g) of plain water


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cut cauliflower up and bring to a boil for 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Preheat the oven.
  2. Make the cream sauce that is buffalo. Mix all ingredients till smooth in a blender and set aside.
  3. Drain cauliflower florets and coating with cream sauce that is buffalo. Put coated peas in dish and roast.
  4. Make the vegan cheeze sauce that is garlic. Mix set aside. Chop the spinach and kale or maybe even chopped.
  5. When completed remove cauliflower and top with spinach and sliced kale, and decant garlic cheeze sauce on top of greens. Place casserole dish in the oven (about the 2nd rack rather ) and roast at 350F for another 10 minutes.
  6. Remove, let cool, and function.
  7. I had some leftover tomato that is vegan taco beef that is walnut, so that was sprinkled by me . You may get the recipe for this here.
