Serves: approximately 26 bits

1 3/4 cups vegan chocolate chips or sliced paleo vegan chocolate (about 12 oz)

1/2 tsp coconut oil

Optional Topping

Line a medium or small baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Clear some space. Put aside.

To melt the chocolate, then use the double boiler system or perform the next. Add coconut and chocolate oil. Heat in increments till melted.

With a rubber spatula, spread in an even layer of thickness. Scatter with almonds.

Refrigerate until firm. Immediately remove from fridge and let it reach room temperature before cutting (to prevent leaving fingerprints/sweating). Separate chocolate. Break or cut to bits. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.
