Ingredients
  1. 1 cup non dairy milk, such as soy or almond
  2. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or some other vinegar
  3. 1/3 cup unrefined sugar, use 1 tablespoon more for sweeter
  4. 1/4 cup oil (impartial like natural safflower or canola) or use 3 tablespoons applesauce to Generate oil-free
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. A couple of drops of vanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips, I enjoy a mixture of mini and regular size dish chocolate chips/chunks/chopped up dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Line a 9 by 5 inch or smaller loaf pan with parchment or dirt well. In a bowl, then mix in the wet ingredients until the sugar is combined.
  2. If you want add spices of choice. See GF alternative. (Optional: Add 2 tablespoons almond milk into the dry for extra texture). Now you may throw in berries of selection.
  3. Fold the dry until only around combined. Add more flour if desired 1 tablespoon at a time to create only slightly thick batter (you may not require any determined by the flours used).
  4. Insert 1/3 cup chocolate chips and blend in. Pour the batter into a loaf pan that is prepared. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top. Or shirt with a streusel of selection.
  5. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Shop on the counter for upto two days, simmer for upto 7 times, freeze (pieces ) for upto a month. Watch for troubleshooting Tips over.
  6. To create cupcakes/muffins: Bake for 22 to 24 mins
