churro hearts

Ingredients

Churros

  1. 1/2 cup water
  2. 1 tbsp white sugar (be sure it's vegan!)
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 1 tbsp coconut oil

Skillet

  1. 2 tbsp sugar
  2. 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a kettle, heat the sugar, water, salt and coconut oil before the sugar has dissolved. Take the pot off the heat and add the flour. Stir to blend. Let it cool until enough that is chilly to touchbase.
  2. Fill out the dough. Pipe 5"-ropes on a parchment paper and unite two ropes for every single heart.
  3. Heat the skillet in a kettle (only enough so the churros can float; be certain that there's enough space in the kettle to stop it from spilling over). Let them simmer for approximately 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden. Transfer the hearts on a paper towel. (It is ideal to try out a churro center if they're cooked all of the way through, if they're raw indoors then the oil is too sexy. Reduce the heat)
  4. On a plate, combine the sugar powdered strawberries for your sugar level. Coat the churros using all the sugar that is cherry.
  5. Heat coconut oil and the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Serve with all the churros!
