VEGAN MUSHROOM STROGANOFF


My uncertainty was to produce a sauce After I had decided to create a Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff recipe. I didn't wish to utilize curry cream cheese or sour cream, so that I knew I would want to create something.




A fall of vinegar provides a brightness and brings a tart flavour reminiscent of cream, which is utilized in stroganoff out.

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp oil (olive, rapeseed, vegetable or coconut )
  2. 1 tablespoon cornflour (cornstarch)
  3. 1/2 tsp (Dijon) mustard
  4. 2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce or even fermented )
  5. Yeast
  6. 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (guarantee fermented if necessary)

To serve:

Fresh parsley chopped

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and then add mushrooms, garlic and the onion sexy
  3. Fry until softened for about 10 minutes
  4. Measure the milk in a measuring jug or jar out and then add the cornflour
  5. Mix making sure that the cornflour has dissolved in the milk
  6. Add cornflour mixture and the milk to the pan with the onion , stirring to Make Sure That the cornflour does not clump and maintaining on a low heat
  7. Add the mustard, tamari vinegar, yeast and salt pepper
  8. Add the pasta and stir fry through
  9. Sprinkle parsley over to serve, if wanted
