VEGAN 7-LAYER BARS


When I had been working in a coffee shop several years before, that the baker would often create 7-layer bars to market, and I have had it at the back of my head for a very long time to recreate them"fitter" and vegetarian. Today is buddies, that day. Let us bake!




These will make the perfect dessert for a dinner celebration, a shower, or a party. They are great to create and also have around the home for some sweet. Although see! It is difficult to have one. ;)

VEGAN 7 BARS

Decadent vegan bars using coconut butter, date caramel, an crust and flakes, chocolate chips, and peanut butter! Simple gluten-free to create, and insanely tasty!

Ingredients

CRUST

  1. 1 cup fermented rolled oats
  2. 2 complete medjool dates (matched // if warm, soak in warm water for 10 minutes then drain)
  3. Oil melted

DATE CARAMEL*

  1. 1 cup packaged pitted dates (matched // if warm, soak in warm water for 10 minutes then empty )
  2. 1-2 Tbsp water
  3. 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes (split // procedure 2 1/2 cups (175 g) to coconut butter, book 1/2 cup (35 g) for topping)
THE REST

  1. 3/4 cup sliced raw pecans (or other nut or nut of selection )
  2. 1/3 cup creamy salted peanut butter (or sub-par nut/seed butter of selection )
  3. 2/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (we favor Enjoy Life manufacturer // or sub cacao nibs to get a less wealthy dessert)
Directions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish (or use numerous pans if creating a bigger batch) with parchment paper and also expand paper around the borders.
  2. Add almonds, yogurt, and sea salt into food processor or a blender. Pulse to a meal.
  3. If it seems too dry, add water or dates .
  4. Insert crust so that it includes the filling 34, and then use your hands to disperse it pushing the crust up. To attain a uniform coating, pay for a flat-bottom item (for instance, a drinking glass) using parchment paper and press firmly.
