Ingredients

  1. 4 big collard greens* (too large and refreshing as you can )
  2. 1 cup alfalfa, broccoli, broccoli or radish sprouts
  3. 1/2 little ripe avocado

Directions

  1. Cheese and vegan taco meat spread when you have not already. We also added a little water and utilized the recipe. Take care to not get the cheese too narrow or it will make for burritos.
  2. Lay washed green leaves on a cutting board and cut the stems at the bottom . Then use a knife to shave along the rest of the stem at the bottom of this collard green to lean until pliable (this helps facilitate the rolling procedure ).
  3. Put a collard green foliage on a cutting table and shirt with 1/2 cup uncooked taco beef, 1/4 cup sprouts, 1/4 cup pops, a few pieces of avocado, pickled onion (or radish), and a couple of spoonfuls Mexican Cheese Spread along with Red Salsa (see photograph ).
  4. Roll a single end of leaf within the fillings lengthwise. Fold the ends in, roll and then put wrap seam-side down. Repeat step with the collard fillings and leaves.
  5. Best when new. Leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator.

Notes

  1. You might sub something similar.
  2. If you can not get collard greens, then you might also create raw tacos with butter or romaine lettuce (such as those Rainbow"Raw-maine" Taco Boats).
  3. Prep time includes producing Mexican Cheese Spread and the Raw Taco Meat.
