Ingredients
- 1 Large potato peeled (200 gram )

- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tapioca flour (optional) *view recipe notes
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice lime juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 15 minutes till they are tender.
- Cut the lettuce and potato to 1-inch cubes and cook in salted water for around 10-15 minutes or till tender (discard the water then ).
- Boil in accordance with the directions on the packaging or utilize a spiralizer.

Notes
