CHOCOLATE STUFFED PANCAKES | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE RECIPE
What's far better than sausage on a Sunday?! Chocolate stuffed sandwiches, naturally! This was the time and I would like to share the recipe with you since I really like it . They're also a breakfast that is fantastic on Sundays, although these pancakes aren't just a fantastic dessert.

Stuffed once I made a search for 20, pancakes was. I found a few recipes for Nutella ® stuffed sandwiches and that I had been curious and thought they could be veganized by me! I made my own recipe and I am eager to share it.

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of option (e.g. brown sugar, coconut oil, xylitol...)
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds (or carrot seeds)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet ingredients:
- 220 ml milk that is plant-based
- Coconut oil
Chocolate filling:
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil boiled (20 gram )
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (15 gram )

- Begin with creating the chocolate filling. Spoon the chocolate propagate to a silicone mould (see pic below). You'll have to create 6"chocolate disks" in complete. Set into the freezer for approximately half an hour.

- To make the pancakes place dry ingredients and stir with a whisk.
- Pour the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and then stir with a whisk to blend (do not overmix the batter).
- When the chocolate disks are company, you should begin creating the chocolate stuffed sandwiches: Preheat a skillet to low-medium heat and put in just a small bit of oil (or use cooking spray).
- Pour 1 1/2 heaped tablespoon of the batter put 1 chocolate disk and spread it. Add more batter (approx. 1 1/2 tablespoon ) to pay the chocolate.
- Place on the skillet and cook the pancake for approximately 3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook from the side for a further 2 minutes or till golden brown. Continue with the rest 5 pancakes (Hint: Use 2 skillets in precisely the exact same time to spare time).
- Keep the pancakes warm till they are served by you.
- Love with a chocolate sauce and banana slices!
