Ingredients

For your pizza dough

  1. 2 pound Pizza Dough (16oz each) Watch notes
  2. 1/2 cup All purpose flour For rolling the pizza bread
  3. 1/2 cup Almond Milk To brush the calzone

For the gliding

  1. Two Zucchini moderate sized and zoodled
  2. 1 package Gardein Glassic Meatless Meatballs

Directions

  1. Put the meatballs on a oiled baking dish and put it in the oven
  2. Bake for 15 minutes or till they're browned
  3. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and then cover with a moist cloth. Set aside
  4. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium heat for 30 minutes
  5. Add the garlic and oil
  6. Cook until they are tender (about 4-5 minutes)
  7. Add the zucchini zoodles and cook for Approximately 3 minutes
  8. Mix well and put aside
  9. Establish the oven heater into 400°
  10. Roll the dough at a long shape (such as a flatbread)
  11. Set the meatballs stuffings on one side, keeping the borders clean (roughly 3 meatballs per cent )
  12. Fold on the bottom part of the dough
  13. Using a fork, seal the top and underside of this calzone
  14. Put the calzone in an oiled baking tray
  15. Generously brush on the top of the calzone with vanilla milk
  16. Repeat the procedure for the remaining 3 bread bits
  17. Set the tray in the oven and bake for Approximately 30-35 minutes until the top is browned
  18. Drink pizza sauce

Notes

  1. My regional supermarket sells 16oz pizza bread that's about 1Lb each tote. Thus, I used 2 bags. Therefore you will possess 4 calzones in complete each bag makes 2 calzones
