Vegan Pad Thai


The travel through also the quest of the very common recipes for this season's challenge and the cuisine has this pad thai recipe that is vegan.

Pad Thai is a recipe that is world-known . Pad Thai means stir-fried in Thai and it meat ordinarily, lots of vegetables and a colorful with noodles.



Obviously, the vegan variation was created by me with peas bean sprouts sriracha sauce and rice noodles. It was flavorful and the best thing about the meal is the fact that it is super-fast that is prepared .

Vegan Pad Thai

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup wood ear buds, hydrated and chopped
  2. Some fresh parsley
  3. 1 garlic clove
  4. 1 Tablespoon sriracha
  5. 1 Tablespoons oil
  6. 1 Tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  1. Soak wood ear mushrooms and the rice noodles until hydrated in water.
  2. In a skillet, heat some oil on medium-high heat. Sauté garlic, bell pepper, green beans, the onions, and carrots for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl mix and pour over the veggies at the wok.
  4. As soon as they're hydrated slice the wood ear buds and put them.
  5. Add the rice noodles, bean sprouts and continue to simmer to get a few minutes.
  6. That is it! After serving, sprinkle with a few sriracha and parsley. You might use roasted peanuts, seeds, and chili pepper flakes.
