DESCRIPTION Easy, flavorful, healthy and prepared in no more than 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 12-ounce tote of riced cauliflower or a small head of cauliflower Adobo sauce out of pepper can chili powder
  2. 1 Tbsp paprika
  3. 2 tsp nutmeg powder
  4. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  7. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper for a little heat (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat large skillet on medium high heat
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you get a"ground beef consistency and that which is well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into frying pan and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring periodically. Reduce heat to low-medium and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, stirring periodically.
  4. Taste and season as you move so as to fulfill your taste.
  5. Remove from heat and construct tacos with wheat or corn tortillas and preferred toppings.

NOTES
