Vegan Tiramisu

Eat this dish tiramisu cake covered in cocoa powder. It is a dessert you'll want to make over and over!
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp coconut milk (the lotion type - utilize just the lotion )
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
- A couple drops of vanilla extract
Dry components:
- 11/4 cup bread
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Liquid components:
- 2/3 cup vanilla milk
For the syrup:
- 1/2 cup strong coffee
- Two Tbsp rum
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
For the topping:
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a different bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Then pour the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk. Mix until the batter comes together, do not over blend.
- Pour the batter into a skillet - projected size 30x20cm.
- Bake it for ~20 minutes before the top is slightly golden.
- Let it cool.
- Cut the sponge cake into two layers since otherwise, it'll be too thick. We are going to use 1 layer and you're able to save yourself another one for after. Eat it for breakfast and yogurt on top or create another tiramisu. Store the one in the refrigerator.
- Get the coffee syrup by mixing ingredients, then allow it to cool.
- Currently, with a food processor, mix together all the components to your vegan mascarpone, until creamy.
- Set the sponge cake layer on a pan. Generously pour the coffee syrup on, to pay the coating.
- Top the vegan tiramisu bottom together with all the"mascarpone" lotion. Sift it and then move it.
- Serve after cooling completely.
