This 2-Ingredient Raspberry Nice Cream is super healthy and just sweetened with veggies. It is super simple to create and you do not require a ice cream maker (just a food processor or blender! ) ) .

Ingredients
- 3 tsp (peeled, sliced, frozen overnight)
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- Toppings (Almond Butter Sauce + Raspberries)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (I have used white vanilla butter produced from blanched almonds)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp water
- A few chocolate coated sandwiches (Veganz Berry Affairs) - cut into halves
- Set the frozen banana and raspberries on your food processor (or high heeled blender).
- Pulse or blend until completely smooth. (Do not give this up might take a while depending on the ability of your chip.)
- Transfer the raspberry pleasant cream into a bowl and then add extra batter (if you prefer!) .
- For your almond butter sauce, mix together the components listed over and drizzle over the wonderful cream.
