Skinny Vegan Thai Peanut Lettuce Wraps


When you set Vegan Thai Peanut Dressing - it is incredible. All these lettuce wraps are amazing! They're also simple and fast to make that's the way we like to get it done.



Press each slice and I love to split the tofu - . Crumble the tofu and then add mushrooms. I add pepper and salt to provide a little bit of seasoning.

Ingredients

Lettuce Wraps

  1. 1 bunch fresh mushrooms chopped
  2. Pepper & Salt to taste
  3. oil for cooking

Thai Peanut Dressing- Skinny Style

  1. 1/4 cup creamy All-natural peanut butter softened
  2. 1/8 cup lite or less sodium soy sauce theres no corn syrup.
  3. 1 tablespoon seasame oil

Directions

  1. Scoop peanut butter to heat and bowl to soften. Insert the remainder of the ingredients and beat until smooth. Put aside.
  2. Add small quantity of oil and twist on medium-high. Tear tofu with paper towels into 3 pieces and press each to remove any liquid. Crumble tofu to pan by hand. Add mushrooms and cook while stirring until browned. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  3. Add onion. Cook a minute longer being careful not to consume the sauce all.
  4. Spoon tofu mixture and top with green onion and crispy rice sauce for taste on top, like!

Recipe Notes

  • To the variant of the dressing table, use soy sauce and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Be certain that the soy sauce is tagged'lite' or'less sodium' also does not comprise corn syrup that was dark - ! I like Target's Marketplace Pantry'Soy Sauce with Less Sodium'.
